We moved from Cains to Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast in October 2023.

 

We are both retired. Andrew still supports web sites as a hobby, including the Queensland Bridge Association.

 

We lived in Saipan from 2000 to 2003 where Pippa managed a luxury retail business in the DFS Galleria. Andrew found various volunteer opportunities including the CNMI Museum, Commonwealth Health Centre and Liberation Day (July 4) celebration. We built up a regular social bridge game for most Sundays, getting nearly two tables on one occasion. Our first dwelling had a view almost to the Philippines from near the top of Mt Tapochau, our second house enjoyed a view of banana trees and palms and we were not constantly reminded of the small size of the island. The Saipan people made us very welcome and we remember many friends fondly.

 

In 2022 we sold our Palm Cove home of 10 years, built by Pippa's parents in 1996. After a year in Cairns between houses we have moved to Greenwood, an over 50s resort in Forest Glen, 100km north of Brisbane.

 

Oh yes ...    We play bridge and Andrew has been involved in Bridge administration for a long time.
